Brian RobertsonBrian, an entrepreneur at heart, has over 18 years of healthcare, management consulting and technology development experience. In 2001, Brian co-founded MedeAnalytics, Inc. (formerly MedeFinance), a leading provider of healthcare business intelligence software and services. Brian served in a variety of leadership roles during its high growth years from 2001 to 2009 including chief operating officer, chief technology officer and later chief innovation officer. Brian also acted as the lead solution strategist, architect and evangelist, developing the company’s foundational suite of products and solutions. This led to an average 75% year-over-year growth for 8 consecutive years.
Prior to MedeAnalytics, Brian founded and served as President of Impact Receivables Group, a consultancy providing strategic financial and revenue cycle improvement services to healthcare providers. Brian is recognized as a strategic thinker and business thought leader in the areas of strategy, innovation, business intelligence, international offshoring, and healthcare revenue services and finance.
Brian holds a bachelor’s degree in corporate finance from California State University (attending both SDSU & CSU Stanislaus) and a master's degree in healthcare administration from St. Mary’s College in Moraga, California. While Brian has boundless energy for creating tangible business value for others, the true center of Brian’s life is his family and friends. Brian occasionally relaxes by turning his amplifier up to “eleven” and noodling around with a lovely 1957 Les Paul Guitar that his wife and daughters blessed him with one glorious Father’s Day morning.
Jim (JK) KolmansbergerJim Kolmansberger earned 19 years of healthcare and entrepreneurial business experience while acting in several senior leadership positions. Most recently, Jim served as a Vice President for MedeAnalytics, a leading provider of healthcare business intelligence software and services. During his 5+ year tenure at MedeAnalytics, he was responsible for building strong teams that focused on growing client business while delivering powerful implementation and ongoing support services.
Prior to MedeAnalytics, Jim was Founder and CEO for Machinery Stop Inc., an international construction large equipment broker that matched major construction firms with a world-wide pool of available inventory. He has also served in several leadership roles with ViPS, Inc., a healthcare analytics and services company that concentrated on the healthcare payer market.
Jim holds a bachelor's degree in Organizational Relations from Bloomsburg University, plus an MBA and Information Systems degrees from the University of Baltimore's Merrick School of Business. In his spare time, Jim enjoys spending time with his wife Kristie and is busy coaching his three children in baseball and soccer. He is also passionate about fitness and enjoys running, mountain biking, and just about any other outdoor activity that raises the heart level.
Rich WallerRich Waller has held strategic leadership and management positions across a number of industry verticals including High Tech, Investment, Real Estate, and Consulting. In the CTO role, Rich’s style tends to favor client advocacy and he enjoys working closely with industry leaders to drive smart product strategy, aligning VisiQuate’s dynamic solution sets with the highest value areas.
Waller co-founded the GreenRidge Consulting Group, a professional consulting company focused on integrating and managing complex projects, achieving return objectives, and creating value for asset owners and investors. GreenRidge advises on office/retail/industrial, resort and hospitality, residential, gaming, winery, and alternative energy assets.
Prior to GreenRidge, Rich served as a Global Product Manager at Siebel Systems, driving product strategy and feature development in Customer Order Management, Sales Force Automation, and SaaS initiatives. Rich also held senior roles in engineering, focused on performance and scalability, data modeling, sales engineering and product demos, and providing technical leadership to offshore engineering teams.
Waller also co-founded and managed startup venture Shook and Waller Marketplace, a commercial real estate development firm, and served as CTO and head architect of a web-based social networking company.
Rich enjoys spending quality time with family and friends complimented by good food, fine wines, and the best double espressos life has to offer. He also enjoys an occasional game of intense hoops and supporting his wife in her passion for coaching youth volleyball. Rich received a Bachelors Degree in Computer Science from UCLA.
Troy BooneTroy’s 20+ years of professional achievement have given him deep experience in business development, product development, and structured financial systems. They have also given him a deep belief in client advocacy. Troy has held executive level positions in industries that include: education finance (Pennsylvania Higher Education Assistance Agency and First Marblehead), banking (First Union) and both commercial and residential real-estate.
Before joining VisiQuate in 2011, Troy was a key innovator in the education finance industry, where he created and marketed educational products to private and public universities. He also held management posts in the structured finance sector, both modeling and developing new products and initiatives. In 1996, Troy joined an infant startup, First Marblehead Corporation (FMD),as one of seven initial employees. Over the next eight years, he helped grow FMD into an industry leader. In 2001, the company offered an IPO, which became one of that year’s most successful launches.
In 2004 Troy stepped out of the education finance arena and founded SEEGIL Partners, Inc. a multi-state commercial and residential real estate investment firm. Under Troy’s leadership, the company grew 11%, despite the fact it was founded in a down economy.
Troy has a bachelor’s degree in marketing and management from Liberty University. He and his wife Dawn, are raising a growing family with four young children. In his spare time Troy enjoys playing golf with friends, serving his community and traveling with his family. He is also proud to be the head golf coach at Messiah College in Grantham, PA.
Stephen DelaneyStephen Delaney has an extremely diverse healthcare background spanning 20 years, from payers to providers. He has a passion for consulting and helping clients achieve, and surpass, their business goals. Most recently, Stephen was Senior Regional Director of Client Success at MedeAnalytics managing the largest territory and helping to significantly grow revenue over his 3+ years with the company while building a successful team and providing exceptional levels of client service.
Prior to MedeAnalytics, Stephen held leadership roles in Account Management and Implementation at ViPS, Emdeon, and McKesson. One of his favorite projects was serving as the Lead Business Architect managing a group of professionals from different companies in the design of one of the largest analytical healthcare databases in the country. Before making the jump to analytical software, he worked in various roles for major national health insurance companies - always with a focus on data analytics.
Stephen holds a Bachelor's degree in Mathematical Science from North Central College in Naperville, IL. He is very proud of his two children, both aspiring musicians and great kids. He enjoys spending time with his wife, Cristina, traveling to different countries and creating culinary feasts at home for friends and family.
