Leadership Team Melissa Ross Banner

Melissa Marsh Ross

EVP, Chief Operating Officer

Listen to the mustn'ts, child. Listen to the don'ts. Listen to the shouldn'ts, the impossibles, the won'ts. Listen to the never haves, then listen close to me... Anything can happen, child. Anything can be.

– Shel Silverstein

Melissa’s official title is Chief Operating Officer, but it could just as easily be Chief Agility Officer, because she delivers value faster than a speeding scattergram. In a previous life, she spent thousands of hours with many of us at MedeAnalytics, where she played a huge role in driving our quest for optimal speed to value. In fact, Melissa has done this so frequently that she has become a Certified Scrum Master & Agile Practitioner.
