​Tommy Thornton, Chief Operating Officer at VisiQuate, brings over 20 years of executive-level experience in client delivery, business development, and professional services. Known for his focus and discipline, Tommy ensures that projects are executed correctly from the kickoff meeting, leading to significant revenue expansion and cost reduction for clients. His leadership style makes intense focus enjoyable for clients, especially when they see the returns of the team's efforts.

Before joining VisiQuate, Tommy served as Director of Client Technology Services at R1 RCM, overseeing a team of 40 responsible for product implementation, application support, and user training. He also held the position of Senior Manager of Technology Client Services at SmithBucklin, managing the IT Client Services and Application Support departments. At Intermountain Healthcare, Tommy led the implementation of patient access and yield-based follow-up applications for a $4.0 billion healthcare organization.

Tommy holds an MBA in E-Business from DePaul University and a BS in Psychology from Michigan State University. He is a Certified Scrum Product Owner® (CSPO®) through the Scrum Alliance and has earned a Product Management Certificate (PMC™️) from Product School in Santa Monica, CA.
