Sven P. Zabka is VisiQuate's EVP, Chief Legal Officer, and Corporate Secretary, bringing over 20 years of experience at the intersection of intellectual property and information services innovation. His expertise encompasses strategy, content and technology licensing, complex commercial transactions, mergers and acquisitions, strategic partnerships, intellectual property, regulatory compliance, corporate governance, finance, privacy, and risk management.
Prior to joining VisiQuate, Sven served as Chief US Technology Counsel at Sony Electronics, Inc., where he earned the 2013 COO Award for launching the world's first end-to-end 4K HD TV native content experience and the 2012 President’s Project 1 Award for fostering cross-company technology efforts.
Sven holds a B.A. in Managerial Economics from Union College in Schenectady, NY, and a J.D. from Emory Law School in Atlanta, GA.
