2021 – What a year it has been!  While probably not the year that any of us had hoped for with new waves of COVID causing a lot of uncertainty, there have really been some great things happening at VisiQuate.  Looking back on all that the VisiQuate family accomplished, it can be summed up in one simple word-GROWTH.  That was our goal for  2021 and boy did we deliver.

New Dollars

Sixth Street Growth provided a $50 million dollar equity investment to help us deliver on the promise of providing solutions and services to help health care organizations improve their clinical, financial and operational outcomes. We are so excited to use this to supercharge our innovation and help our clients achieve Peak Business Health through automations, world-class visualizations, and expert consulting services.


New Team Members

We continue to grow the VisiQuate family as we work to innovate on behalf of our clients.  That takes talent.  We added 33 new team members with diverse skill sets to help build and deliver creative solutions to eliminate administrative waste in health care, and to continue to enhance our best-in-class company culture.


New Clients

The word is getting out that VisiQuate continually delivers a successful ROI for our clients, and we grew our client base by almost 20% in 2021, with more to come in the new year!  The best news about our new clients is that many of them have moved into new organizations and brought us in to help recreate the financial success they’d experienced with us previously.  And we had a 100% retention rate for our existing clients!


New Products

Responding to our clients' needs to tackle the almost trillion dollars in administrative waste, we listened.  With our rapid sprint cycles, we were able to deliver exciting new products to the market and countless feature enhancements.  Specifically addressing critical areas of process, workflow, underpayments, and payer analytics, with AI-driven, proactive recommendations maximize efficiency and revenue capture.


New Efficiency For Clients Through Automation

As we look to continue innovating in the revenue cycle management space, growing efficiency is key.  We delivered more than 15 million micro-automations a month for a total of almost 185 million micro-automations in 2021.  The automations spanned a variety of tasks including initial work distribution, reassignment of tasks, changes to account status, auto-closure of accounts, and automated form filling.


New Opportunities to Give Back

After what most would agree was a challenging year, our organization is investing in the future and sending a team to work with BajaBound.org to build a house for a family and continue to fulfill our ongoing promise of donating volunteer days and dollars!  We can’t wait.  


All that to say, we accomplished a lot!  With the additional investment and new team members joining us, we are poised to take VisiQuate to the next level in the new year and can't wait to see what happens next.
